Has anyone had any trouble accessing this form from the Spanish site? We have tried several times today but to no avail. We don't travel for a few weeks yet so there is still time.

I think you can only fill the form in closer to the date you are travelling, I seem to remember a previous post saying they could not amend a form until closer to the arrival date, try searching this part of the forum
I have downloaded the app and you can put in and save the details for your trip beforehand- no need to wait until 48 hours before. If you do this, you will see a link to 'My Trips' that will show it as unfinished. In the 48 hours before your trip go to that link and open it. It can then be completed and you will receive your QR code for entry.

Our daughter travelled to the Canaries recently and recommended printing off everything as a backup.
Remember to take masks as, sensibly, wearing is mandatory in most situations and actively enforced.
We did ours took a while but got the qr codes OK. Saved to phones and paper versions done along with covid passes.
We had to check in online with airline first as the form needs flight and seat nos!
