We’re looking for an overnight stop at end of holiday. We’ll be travelling from Concarneau and would only like to do about 200 miles as we have the dogs with us. Any suggestions? We’re stopping at Blangy sur Bresle the night before we cross back to UK.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
its 200miles to caen, with a further 120 miles to blagny, leaving you with 1 hr 30 mins drive before getting on the ferry at calais if thats where your leaving from?

We’re going via tunnel. We stayed at Blangy last year. It was an easy journey to the tunnel as it’s so close to the A28.

Villedieu les Poles has a good campsite and is half way from Concarneau to your final site at Blangy sur Bresle.
The municipal at Fougères is another option - proper traditional municipal with very modern (unisex) sanitaires - spotlessly clean - and large, mainly shady pitches. It’s about 20 min walk to the town centre (7 min cycle) but very close to a retail park.
The camp site at Villedieu les Poeles is the Chevalierde Malte

It's a lovely site with everything you might need for a stop over. The town is within easy walking distance.
I have to say the access is a bit weird as you have to go through the main town car park (we checked out Google maps street view before we went) but it is worth it once you get there!

I’ve booked this site, going through the car park should be fun! 🤣🤣
