I really can't understand why Hi Vis waistcoats are not compulsory in every country.

There's a place that does them in bulk - been mentioned here before. I think they work out at £1.99 if you order 20, so why doesn't UKCS sell them?

They're a brilliant idea, don't know about making it compulsory but it's certainly something we're planning to get round to.
