Hi

If your in the south of france,Cote D'azur you can get Riviera Radio on 106.5FM  its all in English,news ,sport everything.We use our sky tv to listen to Radio one,prefer Chris Moyles to Chris Evans though!!

Well we listened to nothing but French radio (RFM mostly) and CDs - no BBC, no TV, no satellite - for 2 weeks.

And when we got home, the world was still here

You'll hardly get Radio 2 at all in France - once you're 20-30 miles South of the Channel, you'll begin to struggle.   This is because it's on FM only and FM transmitters are short range.

Radio 4 is on 190 Long Wave and Five Live is on Medium Wave, which have a much longer range than FM.
