We did have fine and sunny weather and I think if we could sit out in it we may have got sun burnt but it was so cold.
I love holland and will return but for hot weather in the summer I would go to France. Unless I can have a month then maybe I would go to both.

If you opt for france try and be south of paris as the weather seems to be alot better the further south of paris you go. Its like theres an invisible line under paris which seperates good weather from bad!
