Tip - use Sun £9.50 holidays to stay at key camp for £80 in a caravan.

I'm going to look into that i think, have you done it before & is it more of a cabin instead of a caravan??

Thanks

we have been doing the SUN holidays to France since 2006,they are fab and you save sooooo much money

you will be able to book for June in the January SUN promo

Don't get hung up on a particular site yet - choose an area you definitely want to visit first!  Some people like flat, beaches, and little else, others like wild scenery, wildlife, and mediaevial villages, others like Chateaux, and history, and some like all of that and more besides.   France is a very big country, and there's something to suit everyone, so rather than trying to find the perfect site, find 'the perfect area' or rather several 'perfect areas' and then refine your search for sites in those areas!

When we first camped in France thirty odd years ago we decided 'The Dordogne' suited us,  and headed there!  It did, and we've continued to go back to France every year since- to a variety of other areas.  However, if we'd ended up in the Vendee we might have given up years ago!  It just doesn't appeal to me (though thousands love it, apparently!).
