Me and the good lady stayed at one, not really our thing soulless in our eyes, but we don't have kids, and we are a more suited to municiple sites, rather than huge commercial ones.,

All Kawan sites are different - there are very large sites, and some much smaller ones.  You really can't generalise as they are so very different in character, location, management, and style. 

From Chateau du Gandspette in the north of France, to the Spanish border, and from the west coast to the east, each site will be very different.
