Same in Central Brittany yesterday, a fierce electrical storm, rolling thunder and forked lightening. Nice today though. Should be a nice week-end. Monday doesn't look good though.
It will be July soon and we haven't had a decent spell of dry weather to go anywhere. The one week we had was the one we were finishing off the bathroom renovation.

Actually, on La Chaine meteo, the forecast is picking up nicely for the whole country from next weekend onwards. Fingers crossed it carries on in that vein this week ready for us to leave next weekend!
Agreed. It's looking good from next Friday onwards and it seems to be the same everywhere in France. I just hope the forecast holds, these things do change the closer you get.

The Dordogne and surrounding departments now looks like they will be dry, sunny and a little warmer over Whit weekend. this now includes Haute Vienne where we live
