Many thanks. I might come back for site tips later. We used to do 2 sites in different areas of the west coast, but the setting up is a lot of hassle and I can't be bothered with it now.
We tried the Loire valley this year near Saumur.
I have loved France since 1976 and first visit.
I think the area might be an option, hence the request for tips. I know some areas, the Vendee for example can be a bit featureless.
