Horse is okay, just like well flavoured beef. I don't make a point of buying it though. I'd rather have fish or poultry tbh.

I remember one supermarket on the outskirts of Paris where you could buy local organic double-yolked eggs. The kids went totally do-lally over these. I think they ate poached eggs on toast every day for the week we were there.
