I got the same message about the Credit Card not being processed successfully, tried twice. I too got 2 separate Emails from them confirming my order but where it says 'Payment Method' its blank. I have Emailed them to ask what the problem is.

Just checked, and the payment for subscription message was in my inbox, easy peasy job done, will check tomz to see what my 11.95Euro bill (inc postage), came out in £'s on my credit card, I am guessing £10.55

Thanks. Just renewed my subscription. Does anyone know how I can now order a free ACSI ID card, as shown on the website? I would have thought it would have been an option on the order page, but didn't see it until after I had paid and submitted my payment.
Neither of my payments went through yesterday and they e-mailed me to say the transaction failed.
Done it again today and got a "You have paid your subscription fee by credit card. Your details have been processed."
So that's next year fixed. 6 weeks early and another trip later. Already fixed up the ferry for the first trip with the NEC11 code so will wait for the next super duper offer for the second one.
