Yes, officially a canicule next wk in sunny Dordogneshire, so naturist camping certainly makes sense. Glad we got a shady pitch, everythings off that can come off.

Saving money this yr, lower € and only travelled as far as Dordogne for good weather so far. Forecast is hot for next 14days.

Been fantastic in the Marais Poitevin too. We will all be searching for shade very soon. Plenty cycle tracks in the woods around here so that should be cooler, but tin tents will be warmish unless of course a/c is available. Not often needed but would be nice at times I suppose.

Keep cool and avoid too much sun. It can be very unpleasant if it is overdone. Keep the kids covered and slap on protection.
