Neil and Julie and Bilybob - I do hope you all manage to get everything sorted out.  My heart goes out to you and anyone else affected by this.  I only hope that your insurance companies come through in the end (but don't hold your breath) and that they do the decent thing.

If not, then I imagine a little adverse publicity on forums like this may be effective......!

I wish you all the best, and hope that things get sorted out - I expect you're all just glad to be home and safe.  I know I would be!

Thanks, but under the circumstances it would have been a pleasure to assist another vanner in distress.
