Sister In Law has a home in Tignes and when they visit us they bring us Myrtilles Jam which the kids love but they never tend to take anything English back with them ,though they do treat themselves to a good curry or visit the local Chinese as they miss those when in France.
When in France....... we eat local produce, and drink local vino. I do take tea bags - but only a small box just to keep me going. We travel with a couple of tins of chicken in white sauce, plus rice or pasta for a quick meal. A small jar of jam and some biscuits to keep OH going.
If you are a Tea drinker then take plenty of tea bags I also take pills and other medicens as I dont speak French very well and I like to kown what pills ect I am taking if I get a cold ect. Everything wlse I buy in France.

Tea bags and squash - although we may not take squash this year as we are short of space and while we were skiing the french instructors gave the kids grenadine at lunchtime and they loved it, so we will probably buy that as a squash equivalent.
Last year we took enough stuff that I didn't have to shop for the first 2 days (didn't have any camping gear with us!) - this time we don't have room so will need to pitch tent and hope the onsite supermarket is still open after a 6.5hr drive from Disney to the Dordogne! Plan to leave early and arrive late afternoon so should be OK and will be getting take away the first night anyway.
