We booked with them two years ago. No problem at all. We had a great holiday. The site was lovely and the mobile home seemed brand new and extremely clean. we had reservations about the payment system and OH was convinced it awas a con to start aas it was so reasonable. But everthing was above board and worked out well. Can't remeber exactly when the tickets arrived - about two weeks before departure I think- but remember it was when they were due. This is just our experience of course but i would use them again, Claire
