Hi everyone,

Just need a bit of help we are off to France next week (yelloh village Sylvamar, Labenne) and have for the first time a serviced pitch with water, drainage and electricity. We have an aquaroll adaptor that we have used on serviced pitches in the UK - the type that sits in the aquaroll and keeps it topped up. Will we be able to use this in France or do we need to buy a different adaptor/fitting  for the tap?

Any help would be appreciated cos really looking forward not to have to fill up the aquaroll all the time.........

If the fitting is screwed onto the tap then you may have trouble. I have seen different types of tap on French sites which would be no good.This year the tap was the type that you have to push to open the valve and than the valve is closed automatically by a strong spring in the tap to shut of the water. to fill a standard aquaroll you have to hold the top of the tap down all the time. this would be no good for what you want. The only way to find out would be to contact the site.

I've always found that sites are willing to assist in such circumstances - they usually provide some sort of adaptor. I've never had any problems.
