You can book les Hauts de ratebout through Franceloc.com. Although they aren't taking bookings on-line yet, so early booking must be made by phone +33 (0)5 53 29 02 10.  This was on my list as well, but still looking for one on the river to suit!

We went here a couple of years ago.  Was OK.  We had a pitch on a slight terrace, so if you don't like hills don't bother.

Do agree with the comments about Saralat.  We went last August and is a lovely town.

Market days are excellent.  I could have spent all day wandering around, but get there early, it gets VERY busy.
