hi, has anyone stayed at this campsite?  it's looking like a favorite for next summer but would love to hear from anyone who has stayed there.  we are a young family with 2 boys aged 6 and 8.

I stayed there in 2000 in the motorhome,it was so nice that I booked in for 3 nights and ended up staying 10.

I visited in May/june when it was fairly quite,no entertainment then that I was aware of.

Pitches are grassy and of a good size,swimming complex is good as is the adjacent bar,Pizzas were the best ive had outside of Italy and there was also a diving club there.

The beach that it has direct access to is nice sand but does shelf a little quickly.

When I visited the staff were excellent,very friendly and welcoming.

Obviously didn,t need to make use of the sanitary blocks but did look over them,they were excellent with some very up-market fittings and decoration.

Me and my wife (in our 50's) stayed there in a keycamp tent for two weeks in June 2001 and can thoroughly endorse Ninjas' comments.  The only improvement we could think of was that there could have been a bit more shade for the very hot days.

We definitely plan to go back some time in the future.

Maybe your boys are a little young but there is a waterpark 5 minutes drive away on the road to Argeles

Obviously it doesn't look at its best in December and the view is not that extensive but it will give you an indication.
