Its just less than 5 weeks till we go,[1st of June] and our cheques havent arrived yet with our tickets for the ferry. Should I get on the phone, or give it a week yet?

Anyone experienced with these?

I'm not experienced with them as I only recently ordered a Gold Card but I have just been on the phone to order cheques, and they seemed very helpful, if you are worried I'd give them a ring.

How long ago did you order them and where from? Did you order the cheques and tickets together at the same time from the same source? If you ordered them from the Caravan Club then they are normally very quick to send them out. Have not ordered them from Camping Cheque themselves for a while, and cannot remember how long they took then.

No doubt somebody else on here will have, but if you are at all worried, why not contact them and put your mind at rest?

I ordered them a while ago. The page said they would arrive 6 weeks prior to sailing. Ordered from their web site with ferry crossing.

May have to get on the blower...

Well, as it's now less than 5 weeks before you go, and given that they lead you to believe that they would arrive 6 weeks before departure, I would certainly give them a ring. Better safe than sorry!

Phone them - they're very helpful. Usually Camping Cheques and ferry 'vouchers' arrive about four weeks before your ferry crossing date. Ours arrived a week or two ago and we're away just before the end of May bank holiday.
