Carol - there are reviews for Offard here, but none for l'Isle Verte.

Camping La Citadelle in Loches accepts CCs up until 4th July, and is a lovely site.  We've also stayed at Domaine du Dugny, and Les Cochards for overnight stops, but don't think either has anything in particular to recommend it - though nothing negative either, except the very small shower cubicles at Dugny!!  We have made several visits to Bois de Bardelet which is on the Loire, but further east (CCs until 10th July) - and we do like it there, particularly as it has an indoor pool - but don't recommend the take-away.  Perhaps, though, you want a site more to the West as both sites you mention are to the west of the Loire.
