I presume you mean toilet fluids!  Yes, you can buy toilet fluids in the very big hypermarkets - but it's not usually pink and blue.  You can also get Thetford products at caravan dealers or dealers in motorhomes (camping cars) but they are few and far between.  I'd just buy it here and take it with me.

 I bought thetfords pink and blue in Super U in carnac last year in the camping section also saw it in Le Clercs
