We sail at the end of the month. We paid the deposit in February then the balance was taken out of the band early May but there has been no contact from Brittany ferries.
Is this normal?
When we've gone with L.D. and P&O I'm sure they acknowledged the payment and we printed off an E ticket.
Do you think i should contact them or am i worrying about nothing

Did you book online directly with them?  I bought foot passenger tickets for this summer, paid in full at the time and got an email with a printout E-ticket shortly after.

I'f you've got the original booking invoice there should be some sort of booking ref no on it. I think you should phone them up ASAP, because you should have that E-ticket. (But check your Spam file first.) Better safe than sorry and if there has been a muddle the more time you have to sort it out the better.

Thanks Val, I think i will call them , i have booking ref. I did book on line directly with them.
We have gone as foot passengers a few times and always paid in full and got the E. ticket, i thought it might just have been a bit different with the deposit paid first then the balance. I thought maybe they post your tickets out.

I reckon i've done too much thinking and it's time to call them.

We booked with Brittany Ferries last November to travel end of July.  Paid deposit and almost immediately had an e ticket.  Rang them yesterday to change return details and had a new e ticket today.  Balance is being taken out of account on 14th June.

You'd have felt more stupid standing at the docks with no ticket! Glad you found it, no harm done and no more worries. Sounds good to me!
