Hi, We are arriving at La Palombiere on the 19th July for 7 nights.  This is our first time too.  Have you looked at the reviews for the campsite on the Canvas website - www.canvas.co.uk. I also found this great review http://travel.ciao.co.uk/La_Palombiere_Campsite_Sarlat__Review_5705911

Yes have read the Canvas website reviews and also looked at the campsite website, all looks great, just would like to know if anyone else is going or been already this year.

 

Will you be driving and if so how long are you planning on taking, will you be having an overnight stop?

We have booked our ferry for early sunday morning and are booked to arrive on monday late afternoon, just need to sort out the overnight stop. Any advice would be great.
