Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Enjoy your visit to a French Passion site. It is a great way to meet the locals. They are all very friendly. We have stayed in lots of these over the last few years, and it is great fun to actually find them, as many are down little roads one would never get to see!
Can't think of any at the moment - our log is in our motorhome which is in storage at the moment - but whichever ones you choose we feel sure that you will enjoy. Just buy some of their produce, we have had many a good bottle of wine, or farm produce, etc, and like I said before, it is an excellent way to meet some of the locals, and don't be afraid to practise your French. We have found all our hosts to be very friendly.

We used a few France Passion sites last year on our 4 week holiday and also Aires the camping car ones and every 3 or 4 nights would stay at an all singing all dancing site so Sophie (10) our daughter could get to play in pools and stuff near the end of the 4 weeks she was begging to stay at another F/Passion before heading home. One of the ones we stayed at had 3 girls aged from 7-13 and had one of the big blow up swimming pools it was a private pool for family only but with in an hour Sophie and the french girls were playing in it, they also had a badminton set and bouls and sold produce from their garden so while Sophie played we sampled the cider from the local farmer.
Another one we stayed at was in a vine yard now dont laugh but my wife and i dont drink wine but still went in and bought a bottle for my Dad 7euros and they gave us EHU free of charge and took Sophie a walk round to show her how the wine was made.
We also stayed on one next to a Bee keeper and got a free tour of the factory well nearly free came out with 4 jars of honey and 2 candles.
If you have a good look at the Aires too some of them are in really good places for the kids we stayed on one at Malbussion right on the lake with pizza van 2 nights a week and bakers van every morning.
So i think im trying to say you would be surprised at how much fun your kids would have and how cheap it was (thats from a Scotsman aswell) as most of the produce we bought got used a presents for grannies and friends. If you would like to know anymore just ask we will be using them on our 5 week summer tour this year.
