can anybody translate the following in to english :-
thanks in advance

By A71 of Paris, Clermont-Ferrand and A72 of St Etienne: Dir Montpellier-Issoire by A75 (free motorway), left 7 Montpeyroux Elbows, to take to dir. Elbows, to cross the village, to follow arrowing to dir. ZAC of Pérache.
By A75 d' Issoire, Montpellier: to take Clermont-Ferrand/Paris left 8 Elbow-Vic-The-Count, F1 on the right in ZAC of Pérache.
then read against your map -
so 'left 7' = exit 7 signed Coudes / Montpelier - place names - except that coudes is also 'elbow' ;-)
follow the sign to Coudes past the village follow signs to ZAC [industrial area]
presumably they've given you 2 options for routes - without a map I can't clarify any further
OK?? hth

Take the A71 from Paris, Clermont-Ferrand and the A72 from St Etienne : Direction Montpellier-Issoire by the A75 (free motorway), exit 7 Coudes/Montperyroux, follow the direction of Coudes, pass through the village, follow the arrow (signpost?) Direction of "ZAC de Perache". (ZAC is an abreviation of zone d'amenagement concerte which translates at concerted management zone whatever that is)

We've been to that Formule 1 - and it's quite easy to find (easier than it sounds from the description above) as there are F1 signs on all possible places you could go wrong. Montpeyroux is a lovely little village, if you have time to go there, and Coudes is 'interesting' in that the autoroute viaduct has pantiled roofs painted on it to make it match up to the rest of the village.
A ZAC is a small business or industrial park, and the Formule 1 is part of this business park.
