Just back from camping in the Bernese Oberland at Camping Rutti in Stechelberg.

Fantastic campsite in great location and beautiful facilities.  can not rate it highly enough.

Did you go to Trummelbach Falls?  I love waterfalls and the site says there is an easy walk to them.

Trummelbach falls are easy.Flat short valley walk to it and easy once inside.Its worth the visit.

Stechalberg is indeed a beautiful area last month while walking the tour of the Jungfrau I stayed at a mountain hut up near oberhornsee lake that while having a fab outlook had no electric and water was in pales for washing.
