Hi we're due to head off to France next week (1st timers) and have done the directions from St Malo to Du Letty.  Michelin gives us one route through Rennes and Mappy gives us a different route via Saint Brieuc and crossing over to Quimper, then down to Benodet. 

have any of you done either of these routes and which one would you recommend.
