Hi Chutney1967, no we havent been before so cant help, sorry.

Askhill, I like the look of Logis but our daughter has a thing about waterslides and I wondered if the site was a bit isolated as we will have the motorhome.

we went to domaine du chalain a couple of years ago. it was nice. the lake has fantastic sunsets but a rubbish beach. you are limited to how many times you can visit the pool which was a bit of a pain, our kids like to be able to come and go but couldn't cos it would have used up a visit each time. the restaurant at the end of the drive was really good value and good food when we went and had a little play corner for children. the waterfalls near by are worth a visit, take waterproofs as you can walk behind the biggest. the shops on site are pretty good but obviously dearer than supermarkets. watch out for ticks - our littlest got one on her head there and had to have it removed at the local hospital and go on anti-biotics, one of the reps said they were very common there.
