Require a bit of advice/help.
Next June (2010) about 6 or 7 of us intend to cycle tour the D-day beaches Normandy, France.... Getting from the Midlands by using the train is a joke, so we may well be 'forced' to take two transit sized vans down to Portsmouth (one for guys one for bikes) then leave them parked up for a week until we return. Some car parks state that seven day parking fees are around £45 per van.
Anyone got any better ideas or know of safe car parks down there for a cheaper fee?
