Going to Bled this simmer with the Camplet. Does anyone know of good campsites for an en-route stay near Karlsruhe or Stuttgart??

Jeff

Not long been back from Germany. We stayed at a couple of sites that might fit in with your plans. Firstly this onne which is near Kaiserlautern http://www.saegmuehle.de/en/index.html

and this one which is the other side of Stuttgart http://www.waldpark-hohenstadt.de/cms/front_content.php

Not had a chance to put reviews oon here yet but if you have any more questions I am happy to try and answer them.

David

There is a campsite actually in Karlsruhe. It is only a few miles off the motorway, but quite difficult to find without a sat nav. Its in the ACSI handbook. Good site for a overnight stay, and there is a public baths and a supermarket next door. Stayed there last week. If you need it, I can send you the GPS co-ordinates. Don't arrive too late as it did fill up quickly with overnighters.

Is that the Azur or Knaus one? If so it used to be in the  Camping Cheque book. We had thought about using it but we had  too many CC's to use up!

Many many thanks for the replies. Have found them all, now I'll do a bit of research.
