Going to France what type of adaptor do we need for electric hook up?

Most sites have the normal blue 3 pin plug, but a few still have the old continental 2 pin plug for which you can buy a converter. Its worth taking one just in case, you can get them at most camping shops. Hadrians in Stockton usually stock them.

At some older sites in France you may need THIS . For all it costs it may prove to be inavaluable. In saying that, we have one but never needed it.

In addition to this reply I posted a wee while back, the first site we rolled up to this year we needed the adaptor.
