Rather than looking at the chain-type hotels, you might be better with a Chambre d'hote. We've stayed at several and often they have proper family rooms. You can also find them on the Gites de France website - and both have English versions of their websites.
This website gives details of all the chain hotels - and there are several which do have rooms sleeping four. B&B hotels, Quick Palace and Villages Hotels are all quoted as sleeping 1 - 4 - though I think there are only a limited number of rooms for four.
