Apparently not, but parking should be available at the rail station which (according to various websites) is 5 - 10 minutes walk or 150 metres from the ferry terminal. Don't know whether this includes overnight parking though.

Never used this port but a few years ago camped at Santander's municipal site wich I imagine is still there.

The campsites in Santander have been closed for the last couple of years, You can stay overnight in the car park by the "Lupo" supermarket, which is on the sea front just in front of the football stadium, if you are in a campervan/motorhome. You can get fresh water quite easily tap at top of steps at back of car park. There are also a couple of those coin operated toilets adjacent. I hope this info is useful to you!!

We stayed in the car park at the ferryport in September. It was full of van's and motorhomes. We didn't find any toilets or water but we didn't go looking for any. As this was our first trip with the van and I can't reverse the thing to save my life, I was grateful for the overflow area at the back of the car park which had plenty of room for turning.

The car park is a stones throw away from the ferryport entrance. We are planning to stay there again next year on the way back.
