                           I visited the site in the link below, this year, for a friend of mine that is looking to store his van down in Southern France, I spoke with the very nice English owners who are happy to store your van even if not used on thier site, although I am sure it would only be polite to do so on the odd occasion, the site may be a little far from the Med for you, but I am sure the rates reflect this, you would be looking at 95miles to the nearest beach, a little further if using the Autoroutes, having said that the location of Southern Ardeche is quite superb in itself. hope that helps.

Hi Bullsacher - we've looked into storage at this one - indoor storage for our length caravan would be 280 euros per year.  It's  inland from Beziers - reasonable rates, pleasant owners, can be towed on to site (1 euro/kilometre, up to 50 kilometres).  There's also an 'Open all Year' Camping Cheque site within 5 kilometres, which we thought would be ideal for long weekends/short breaks when we could fly down to Carcassone or Montpellier and have the caravan towed there and back.

We were planning to take the van down into storage this winter, but have a replacement lease car at the moment which doesn't have a tow bar!
