Just been to Cambrils Park in Spain This is the last year for Camping Cheques infact they are closing next year for caravans and motorhomes and developing the site into new Bungalows.

B.....r!  One of our favourite sites in Spain - great facilities, and a good situation, with nice pitches and sanitary blocks.  Yet another site who I hope may yet live to regret moving over to filling the place with 'bungalows'!  This year, in France, we've been on sites which definitely appear to have over-invested in mobile homes (empty) using pitches previously used by tourers - and consequently having a queue or tourers unable to find space. 

Still I suppose the economics don't stack up, letting a pitch for £13.95 per night (Camping Cheques) or the same pitch with a 'bungalow' at perhaps £300 per week in lowest season!

we are going to Sanguli at the beginning of July which I believe is next door to Cambrils.

Any tips? Restaurants? beach?
