Can't help you with sites but assume you are looking at Namur area.
If you were willing to travel into Luxembourg there is a cracking little site just off the first exit.
As Dunkirk to Lux is only around 3.5 hours its only an extra 1.5 hours to drive.
Not quite what you asked for I realise but there's an F1 hotel just off the motorway near Namur but you have to drive a couple of miles into the town to find a meal.

About 7 years ago I was heading to the boat at around 8pm I was starving, so dived into Namur found a frituur (eventually) ordered and was told - sorry we have ran out of chips.
I gave up and carried on.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
