I am trying to sort out some directions to Dolores (Murcia) spain from calais, i would like to avoid the toll roads if possible but still do it in simillar time. I would like to stop about 100-150 miles from calais for a hotel overnight if anyone knows of any good hotels in this area it would be much apreciated, as i looked at formular ones and they say you share a bathroom, i dont fancy that. Then my next stop i want to be about 500-600 miles, again i would need a hotel if anyone knows of any.
I am travelling by car so small villages will not be a problem. Could anyone help also with what equipment for an emergency i will need.
Thanks guys
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
For a reasonable quick way with minimum toll you could go Calais, Abbeville, Rouen, Chartres, Tours, Poitiers, N10 to Bordeaux & down thru border, then turn off to Pamplona, Zaragoza, Teruel & Murcia by most direct route.
If you trace this on a map you will see in places you have choice of toll or non toll.
