Not sure if I have exactly the correct details but I bumped into a lovely lady recently who rave about a site called La Grande Delage (sp) which is near Le Prix (sp) about 35 minutes drive from Cherbourg.  I cannot find anything about it anywhere and would be really grateful if any of you more seasoned caravanners could please let me know where we can find more details about it.

I've not been there but I think this is the site: http://www.legrandlarge.com/, it's close to Le Pieux and just to the south-west of Cherbourg.
