Anyone any views on Zagarella?  Have stayed at Les Biches, St. Hilaire, and would like to try somewhere new.  Is it very busy? I think it's probably on the busy coast road from St. Hilaire to St. Jean de Monts; therefore does it feel rather manic and 'intense' along there? It certainly feels that away as you drive along near Atlantic Toboggan!

Never even seen Zagarella, and I was at St Hilaire this summer! Les Biches is certainly away from the main throng, but the site we stayed at  - Camping La Prairie is quiet most of the time. The area around Atlantic Toboggan is very busy, especially first thing in the mornign and around 5 pm onwards, can take an hour to get 3 miles!!!

We stayed in Notre Dame deRiez this summer, at a site called 'La Fonteclose' a small site with the basics and a small swimming pool, just 4 miles from Les Biches (a friend of ours was staying there the same week as us, how about that for coincedence?), anyways, we drove out to Noirmoutier and the roads were very busy, there was a road that appeared to have some big sites all lined up in a row, we felt the area was too busy for us and were glad we were off the beaten track on our small peaceful site.

However, the whole area is superb and has very much to offer. I guess it just depends on whether you like all the whistles and bells or a more peaceful site.
