My friend stores her caravan in spain and flies out for a holiday. She uses a site called Camping Laguna, www.campinglaguna.com. I believe the caravan is sited for her on a pitch for the dates she asks for. No idea on cost or anything though.

I have seen a few sites in France that advertise storage facilities.

You can get storage on lots of campsites in France - and they'll put it on to your pitch when you wish to use it.  You can also get 'Gardiennage de Caravanes', sometimes indoor, and often they too will tow within a reasonable radius of the storage site.  Here's one such site Espace Val Thore which we've considered.

There are several British owned sites, which offer storage, mostly in rural areas of inland France - including (I think) Floydfan who posts on here and gives useful information for people wanting to store their caravan. 

However, recommending a site is almost an impossibility in three countries.  I'd narrow it down a bit, choose a country, then an area, and then ask for recommendations for sites!
