We are looking to book a ferry crossing to Santander in July 2011, in the view to staying in that surrounding area for 10 days then travelling up through France..

Does anyone have any recommendations on sites with beach access but also a pool please..

There is an excellent site at Zarautz which is not very far away with free wifi and a restuarant.

Playa Joel at Noja - direct access to a fantastic beach. It has a pool and a decent restaurant.
