There is a simple requirement to comply!

how you comply is up to you,deflectors, adjustment, tape or they already comply therefore no need to do anything - i bought a sare set of headlamps from a left hand drive model of car have and NEVER used them. too much hassle, i prefer the insulation tape method, simple, cheap, quick AND because it is so visible I doubt anyone would even check they comply (though i am sure they do) - i also hold the view that if the police do see you have complied so clearly, they are unlikely to do a stop to check all the other stuff required
