Try using Speedferries. from Boulogne much cheaper,( Dover - Boulogne return for our 6mt Iveco £88.) and stay at the last "Aire"on the A28.we call it the windmills a few miles from the port. , you can Join the Autoroute at the Attin junction after filling the tank at the supermarket   2 euros or so for the toll,
