Hi,

we will be travelling between St Malo ferry and Concarneau Brittany this weekend and have plenty of time to meander from boat to the site.

Has anyone any experience of nice side trips, great coffee or lunch stops etc on route between these two?

Any suggestions gratefully received

Dinan is very pleasant, especially the lower town by the river. Nice restaurants there!

If you go via Vannes then Auray just to the west has a lovely old town.

While you're at Concarneau you could drive a few miles to La Foret Fousenant and try La Mouclade restaurant. You cant miss it, its right on the roundabout at the centre of the village. Great seafood.
