Hi everybody!

Does anyone know whether we'll be ok to park up at the ferry terminal early and prepare a meal before boarding?  I know that you have to arrive at least 45 mins before the departure time (2300), but how early can you arrive?

Any experience of this?  Thanks in advance. 

You can arrive as early as you like provided you don't clash with an earlier departure.

when we went in May,we arrived around 9.15m ish

they started loading everyone on at 10pm

That's great, thanks.  We're travelling down from Merseyside so a bit worried about getting the arrival time spot on.  If it's not an issue arriving early, it makes the trip down a lot easier.
