The last 5 years we have been to the vendee region , but next year we would like to try the Burgandy region, we have an 11 year old girl who likes to do lots of stuff , looking for 5 star campsite good pool facility's bike riding all round activities good pitches hope not asking for to much ,we have been spoilt for last 5 years thanks .

You won't find that many 'busy' sites in Burgundy. It tends to be a much quieter area than the Vendee. Lac de Panthier at Vandenesse is about the busiest we've found - and it's used by Eurocamp and similar. It's around a lake, good sized pitches, indoor and outdoor pool - but I don't think you'd compare it with some of the sort of 'holiday' sites there are in the Vendee area.
Was not to bothered about busy just good facility's infact the sites we have used in the past have been small but have had great facility's and lots to do any help would be great or even some suggestions from sites people have visited that they think are good , I do not know this area so I need to do some homework

I'm a massive fan of the area for its scenery, towns and villages, markets and food and drink. It is proper France.

I am glad you asked this. We fancy Burgundy next year, after two years in the Loire. But we are struggling to find a well equipped site.
We have three boys, they'll be 11, 12 and 13 next year, so we need to find a site that they'l enjoy, it's there holiday too and when they're happy then so are we!!!
If we can't find a Burgundian site, we are also considering Champagne. We always fancied Lac De Liez, but the website seems to have gone Kaput recently!!
