I am the same here - I love the sounds of plates and cutlery being washed outside on a warm summers evening!
We have been back 2 weeks from our 4 week trip touring Italy and every night I have dreamt I am still in my caravan! Already looking at what I can book up for next Easter :-)

same here but beginning to get a bit fed up of my obsession. I spend hours and hours planning the perfect holiday and what happens? We end up somewhere completly different
Thats me, really, every year I sit in front of the screen for hours, getting more a more confused, so I have made a decision, for next year all I am going to do is book the ferry and the rest will be a suprise as we travel.

...trawling through pages of pictures of sites, then finding the site on google maps and satellite view so we can check the area right down to the how many blades of grass on each pitch. Of course then we have to consult each and every review. It's endless. I do sometimes think there is just a bit too much information.
I'm guilty and another addict yet I know what you mean. You can spend so long finding the 'perfect place' and build up your expectations too high and so risk disappointment if reality doesn't live up to virtuality...
Still, won't stop me looking and comparing reviews, and Googlearthing for long!
Vive le French camping et roll on summer 2012.

I completly agree with you bridgeywidge which is for the 1st time ever we've decided to go back to the Dordogne again next year and to a site I've had a good nosey around and looks pretty much perfect for us.
Now all I have to do is decide where to go the 1st week in June.
