Your post makes no mention of it applying to the new rules, which as yet are not in force.
You obviously have difficulty understanding the thread, or wilfully refuse to do so. My post followed logically from the preceeding post where it quite clearly stated the rules from 1/01/2012. I merely corrected his assertion that a blood test was required after this date.
