Thought provoking, yes, fascinating material, yes, but delivered in such a way as to turn people off the subject. I was really interested in the subject but the dull monotone delivery made me lose the will to continue watching.
I appreciate irony, and perhaps this was a totally ironic way of delivering the irony - ie intended to bore instead of to inform and entertain!
