Looking for a couple of sites for our honeymoon, first 3 weeks of sept 2012.

Like cycling (flat off road preferably) nice little towns to visit, lakeside or riverside bars, good wine,  like to be near to coast at some point but dont want that every day and thinking more south than north to get the best sunshine,  previously done Annecy, interlaken, la baule, sarlat and vallon Pont d arc  so those type of places would be good but in a different area,  thought about doing some of the canal du midi but not sure where,  any recomendations would be great,  and must be ACSI or camping/touring cheque sites.
